Deposits and Cancellations: Your credit card will be charged for a two night deposit room and tax. Cancellations from 60 days before arrival will be assessed as follows:
- 60-31 Days out - $200 per room plus tax
- 30-8 days out – 1-night penalty plus tax
- Within 7 days – 2-night penalty plus tax
To avoid cancellation fees, please cancel or adjust your reservation before 60 days out. This will allow us to resale the room to those who may be on a wait-list. No shows are considered as a cancellation.

Family Travel, Bedding: Rates are valid for one or two adults per room. Additional adults over 18 are charged at $80 per night ($130 regency Club). Maximum occupancy is 4 per room. Children 18 and under are free. King rooms have a king bed and a full size pullout sofa bed. Double rooms have a queen bed and a double bed. Double rooms will also accommodate a roll-away bed which may be requested at time of booking and will be supplied based on availability at no additional cost.

Notice: WSAUA reserves the right to cancel any reservation that is not a verified and bona fide attendee of the meeting.
Flights: Maui's main airport is Kahului (Code OGG), about 40 minutes by car to the Hyatt Regency Maui.

Group rates shown are for unlimited mileage and do not include taxes, gasoline, or optional coverages. Weekly rates are from 5 to 7 days. Discounted daily rates are also available.

Room Reservations
Cut-off date July 31: We expect these rooms to sell out quickly. The reservations cut-off date is July 31 or until rooms sell out.
Main Travel dates: Check-in Saturday, October 24 Check-out Saturday, October 31

- Kukahi Tower Room - $399
- Kukahi Tower Ocean View Room - $459
- Kukahi Tower Superior Ocean View - $529
- Hokupa’a Tower Ocean View - $699
Not included: Discount Resort fee of $25 nightly plus tax (usually $50) and room tax of 18.71%.
Rates are for single or double occupancy. Additional children 17 and under are free using existing bedding. Additional 3rd and 4th adults are $89 plus tax per night.
Discounted Parking: Discounted overnight guest self-parking will be available to WSAUA guests at the rate of $25 per day plus tax (usually $50).
Important Terms
A two night room and tax deposit is required at time of reservation.
- The deposit is refundable until July 31, 2026
- If cancellation occurs between August 1, 2026 to September 14, 2026, the amount of $200 per room plus tax will be due.
- If cancellation occurs between September 15, 2026 – October 17, 2026, a One (1)-night penalty plus tax will be due.
- If cancellation occurs between October 18, 2026 to confirmed arrival date, a Two (2)-night penalty plus tax will be due.
