President’s Welcome Reception
Into the Blue!

Sunday, October 1

6:30-8:30pm, Grand Sierra Ballroom (indoor)

Join friends and colleagues for a warm and lively reception with great views, food stations and libations. Wear something blue in keeping with our Lake Tahoe themed event. Family friendly with free admission for children 9 and under. 

Children of registered parents are welcome. Children nine and under free. Junior tickets (age 10+) available at Reg Desk.

Badge, event ticket and drink tickets required.

 

WESTERN SECTION NIGHT: Elevated Oktoberfest!

Wednesday, October 4
6:30-9:30pm, Alpine Ballroom

Due to cooler weather, the event location is moved to the Alpine Ballroom.

Elevated in altitude and quality so grab your favorite drink and join your colleagues as we share good cheer and create memories and friendships that last a lifetime.

The Western Section presents its grand finale evening event featuring a funtastic reception full of folklore, good cheer and LIVE music (some new, some traditional, some unusual.) Remember this is Elevated....so more than just beer will be tapped. During this casual reception style dinner, there will be a festive atmosphere featuring food stations, live music to stir the Bavarian spirits! 

Dress is casual cocktail attire but anything festive is a plus!

Family friendly with free admission for children 9 and under.

Spouse / Guest Activity

Plan to Attend:  Tuesday 10/3 -  Scenic Lake Excursion on Palisades Tahoe Shuttle Bus – Sign up on Sheet Provided to guarantee a seat for everyone.

This activity is included with your spouse/guest registration (lunch on own). It will  be a very informative and scenic ride around the Basin of Lake Tahoe. Besides photo stops, the tour includes a short visit at Boatworks Mall in Tahoe City to shop local merchandise and we’ll have lunch at ZA’s, one of the marvelous waterfront restaurants. Other scenic photo stops:  Emerald Bay, Squaw Valley (site of the 1960 Winter Olympic Games), Tahoe City and Kings Beach. The tour is on a 42 passenger shuttle bus with big windows and comfortable interior to make your experience the most enjoyable. The driver/tour guide is a long time local and can answer any questions you might have to become acquainted with the Lake Tahoe region.

NOTE: Bus Departs at 10:30 AM  from Everline Resort entrance and returns by 2:45PM
