The 99th Annual Meeting of the Western Section will be held at the majestic Everline Resort, formerly known as Resort at Squaw Creek, in the spectacular Olympic Valley resort area of Lake Tahoe.

Advance reservations are only available to WSAUA attendees using the link below. Group room rates from $239 per night plus $20 daily resort fee and taxes. Self-parking is free.

These group rates are only for bona fide WSAUA registrants. Reservation booking deadline is September 1, 2023 and are subject to availability.

Everline Resort Reservations

Main Travel Dates: Arrival Saturday, September 30 or Sunday, October 1, 2023 and stay through Thursday, October 5. Group rates available 3 days before and after based on availability.

Nightly discounted rates single/double:

  • Deluxe King or Queen Room - $239
  • Fireplace Suite - $299

Discounted resort fee is $20 per night, with many services such as in-room internet access. No charge for self-parking. Rates do not any applicable taxes, which will be added to your room account.

Deposits and Cancellations: Your credit card will be charged for a two night deposit room and tax.  Cancellations within 29 days of arrival will be charged two nights room and tax.

Overflow Accomodations: Reduced Hotel Room Rates at PlumpJack Inn

PlumpJack Inn offers an intimate, boutique hotel experience at the base of the Palisades Tahoe Ski Resort and village. We offer the comfort of an inn with the amenities of a full- service hotel. We have a renowned restaurant and bar in addition to an outdoor pool and hot tubs, bocce court and croquet lawn, complimentary parking, wireless internet, and cruiser bikes (amenities subject to change). We are located across the street from village shops, restaurants, activities and ski lifts at Palisades Tahoe.

Guests with the WSAUA may call 800-323-7666 and ask to book a room in the “WSAUA” block. Guests with this group receive reduced hotel room rates as outlined below. First two nights is processed upon booking and non-refundable if cancelled less than 30 days prior to arrival. Balance of stay is processed on arrival.

PlumpJack has a two night minimum stay on weekends. Room rates are subject to 10% occupancy tax, 2% district tax and a resort fee of $20 per night.

Shuttles: There are 2 shuttles that run between the hotels at various intervals  (one operated by the Everline Hotel and one by Tahoe Area Rapid Transit (TART) . Note that the Everline shuttle takes you directly to the hotel lobby entrance but the TART drops you off at the hotel driveway entry - which is about a 1/5 mile walk to the hotel. There is also a walking trail/path between the Everline and the Olympic Village which takes about 25 minutes. More shuttle information will be posted soon.

Currently, one- bedroom units at the Village at Palisades are sold out, but 2 and 3 bedroom units are still available at group rates.

The Village at Palisades, located in the Village at Olympic Valley with it’s many shops and restaurants, is in close proximity to our meeting at the Everline Resort. We have arranged discounted one and two bedroom units ranging from 10% - 20% off regular resort prices. Discounted WSAUA rates vary by weekend and weeknight, but start as low as $179 per night one bedroom and $239 for two bedroom, plus taxes, local fees and a resort fee of $48 which are added to the price at check-out. Resort fee includes parking, Internet, and more. 2 night minimum applies.

Important terms: For group rates, full pre-payment is required. Must be cancelled at least 5 days prior to guest arrival date in order to avoid cancellation fees. Cancellations made less than 5 days prior to guest arrival date will result in full forfeiture of entire reservation value (including applicable taxes and fees).
